For thousands of years spelt has been used for its many health benefits.

In addition to being loaded with essential nutrients, spelt is a great source of dietary fibre, making this grain easier to digest than modern, common wheat.

Our organic, wholegrain and white GMOZERO® Spelt Flour Mixes were developed so that bakeries can produce the perfect loaf every time.

All of our flour mixes have the distinctive, nutty favour of spelt along with an exceptionally pleasing texture.

Unlike common wheat, spelt has not been hybridised or chemically altered and remains as simple and hardy as it was when it was first introduced to Europe.

This is achieved by continuous thorough monitoring and analytical testing of our produce, at the critical points in the supply chain, to verify that GMO contamination is below the threshold for seed and other propagation materials (0.25%).
